Thank You. My goal that day was 30 reps but someday I want to do something I know no one will ever achieve like 100 reps with 2x bodyweight. I know that sounds crazy but I have only added crossfit type workouts to my training a few months ago and really believe that traing this way might make this possible. I mean once I break 30 reps why not shoot for 5o and then a few more........ I also want to work on all other areas of strength power and fitness. I know my kipping pullup needs alot of help among other things and i intend on giving 100% on everything I do. I am really inspired by how hard everyone on this site works, It really helps me focus and push my self past my limits and I thank everyone for their contribution and input to crossfit. I didnt list all of my stats. 40 years old, 5"4 1/2 tall, 164lbs-170lbs bodyweight. (166 1/2 that day).
