Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

I have the chance to add xfit to my week. The classes are offered tuesdays and thursday. I currently have Krav classes 2-3 times per week.

I'd like to keep going to Krav but would also like to add x-fit. Is there a good strategy to doing this without over doing it? Is 2x per week of crossfit enough to make a difference?

Thanks Jeff,

I've been hanging out on your Brandx site for a few weeks. The scaling you provide will be very helpful...thanks.

As tough as each activity is (Krav and Crossfit) on their own I wanted to make sure that I can merge the two without overdoing my 42 year old body. Right now I'm looking at MWF Crossfit and T/TH/Sat Krav and a day of rest on Sun. I take 1-2 Krav classes each time(level 2-3). I'd like to take the level 3 test December so I need to be in much better shape.
