I'm in Kennewick, Washington for a week for a SWAT school. My wife, Chandra, called me today and said, "Hey, you know those dial up dumbbells by Bowflex? Costco has them on sale for $495. Do you want them." (I think they were Bowflex, can't remember for sure). I told her I didn't like that kind and as I was asking if they had regular dumbbells she said that they had a 5 to 40 pound set with a rack for $395.00. I asked her if they were octagonal and she said she thought they were. I asked if they were rubber coated and again she was pretty sure they were. In that case, I said, "Yeah, I like those." She said, "OK, I'll go pick them up tomorrow."

I need to go on more trips.

Eugene is a blessed man: the Taj Mahal of a gym and a wife who thinks like that.

Sheila,

In my circle you would be snatched up like a Kettlebell set at a yard sale. Are you sure you're not hanging out a fern bars or something? Maybe you should look around the Law enforcement types if you are in the market.

Good hunting,

DanO
