Ok, I just discovered something pretty sad in one sense, great in another. I can do tabita dips better than tabita squats. I've always had a hard time gaining leg strength. Actually having to run 10 floors to my office multiple times/day carrying a bunch of stuff has been the best thing for my vaulting that I have discovered. I can work the crud out of my legs and gains are slow, while arm gains (especially triceps and traps for me) come much easier (though for gymnastics its better this way than the other). Anyone else experience odd lopsided gains like this?

Yes. my 1 RM bench is the exact same as my 1RM squat! funky.

with me, it is switched; legs adapt quickly, chest and back also, but arms, lord. i think some of it mechanics.
