I take it none of you sweet tator lovers are on the paleo wagon...... any concern with the whole insulin stabilization issue or is it a necessary trade off for the other benefits?

I would have to swing a sweet potato well. I love them for my post workout meals.

It's worth it, especially considering it is your ONLY carb source. I would also choose sweet potatoes.

1. Grapes, preferably Nebbiolo. Fermented and aged in an oak cask for 7+years.

Failing that,

2. Broccoli, steamed, with butter and garlic salt.
