Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

I took the weekend off from workouts and ate like crap and felt like crap too! We know what works, and that makes it easier to get back down to business.

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

I think this last weekend was just a bad weekend for most people, diet wise. I ate like crap this weekend too and my workouts are feeling it. I am seeing this a lot in the boards this week, so it is pretty widespread. Back eating clean again today though, so we will see what happens. At least I see I wasn't alone in falling off the wagon. Misery loves company

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

Thanks everyone. I was really really sore today from yesterday's WOD. Instead of doing Sub-it-all-Nate I made up Cindy at the suggestion of Shana. Thanks for the push! I got exactly the same #s as in June. Weird. I think I can do better when I'm working with fresh arms.

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

Keep at it with the Paleo! I did it completely strict for 30 days and felt great. I never missed a workout (I'm doing 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off) and had consistent energy for all but one workout. I didn't really change weight, which isn't a surprise as my weight never changes, but did get a bit more "ripped" at least that is what people told me. I recommend it for everyone to at least try out.

I did a little write up on my workout blog which has a few before and after pics...nothing mind blowing...here: http://jimicrossfit2.blogspot.com/20...challenge.html (WFS)

Then I fell off the wagon and am trying to get consistently back on.

Also, I always take my glasses off when we do 20lb wallballs because I always seem to stop the ball with my face at least once. haha.
