Does anyone know what the State Troopers physical test include

I am taking the CO State Patrol test and I wanted to start with the physical test that give. Does anyone know what that includes? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I dunno but it's probably equivalent to a CF warmup.

I'm with the Illinois State Police and we do a standard power test:
1.5 mile run, situps, bench press, sit and reach. They don't care if your breaking records, as long as you pass.

Its says on the web page they will have to do Helen and FGB.

Their whole camp will be based on CF. Nice
