Re: 2 k row and 5 k row - best time for both?

I know this is the 2k and 5k post, but...

As a challenge from a rowing buddy, I tackled a 10km row yesterday and got a 1:48.1 average at rate 24. Pretty stoked, that's a PR for me. I normally don't do long distances (5km+) and the last time I did a 10km I averaged a 1:51.
A manís health can be judged by which he takes two at a time Ė pills or stairs.
