I was doing the CFWU, and thinking about how much easier it is to do then before.

Then I was doing incline sit-ups (ground sit-ups became a little too easy) and when I do them explosively/fast my right hip starts clicking (ya it is weird, but it doesn't hurt, so...)

So then,:lightbulb:, I decided to do it with only one leg hooked. It was amazing, the muscles were definitely feeling it, and the hip stopped hurting, even when it was just the right leg hooked.

I then did the same thing with my Back extensions. Another epiphany!

Just something to try when you are bored/warming up

Also, I did 5 left leg, 5 both legs, 5 right leg for one set

Good idea for changing things up. I get the clicking in my left hip as well when doing sit-ups, usually on the downward motion. I'll also get a little clicking in my back sometimes. No pain, just an odd noise, sometimes people use to come over and stop me and ask if I was ok, because I'd usually have my headphones on and they didn't think I could hear my hip clicking, I always told them I had it replaced and that was the ratchet resetting. :whistling:

Travis, very funny

Anthony, thanks for the tip. I have the same 'problem'. I found the sound went away if I put more attention on my technique.
