Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

OK. I had the "Michael" WOD scheduled for today. But, it was pouring out and I didn't feel like running in the rain and sludge in the backyard... yeah, yeah, my bad.

So, I sub'd in some OHS for the 800m runs, because I was bummed that I'd wimped out on the OHS challenge without giving it all I had; and moved the back extensions and situps to the beginning:

3 rounds:
50 x back extensions (on glute ham)
50 x jim baker situps
25 x OHS @ 95# (a$$ to ankles)

OHS have never felt quite so challenging particularly in the final set. My lower to middle back was on fire towards the end and my stomach is still stiff while sitting typing this.

Give it a go sometime; think you'll like it.
