I got 4 rounds in 20 minutes . . . ugly. I looked at this one and I truly believed I would do 5 rounds . . . but it was not to be.

I was definitely low on the motivation level needed to push hard . . . just one minute less per round (a trivial 12 seconds less per set) and I'd have done 5 rounds . . . but I didn't have the gas to do it.

I'm sure lots of people made a legitimate 5 rounds . . . did very many get 6, or 7? (I'm looking to feel some shame, here . . .)

I can't help you with the shame.

I too looked at this one and thought I would get 5 rounds. I got 4 rounds. I pushed hard, but couldn't quite hit 5 rounds.

My buddy also got 4 rounds but he just got started on pull-ups and his max is 8 reps, so he had to multiple sets within each round.

I did something like this WOD yesterday (no internet access :
back squat 185 x10
pull up 10
hand stand push ups 10
6 cycles in 20 min

I am completely lame today from the squats...I could complete all the PU each time in one set but the final two sets of HSPU I had to do in increments of five.

completed 5 rounds with about 30 seconds to spare, but i did the OH squats w/ 55lbs instead of 65 because i am new to doing them and not as burly as the rest of you! almost blew it on the last set of OH's - it would not have been pretty!

I got a little over 5 rounds but not close to 6. I finished the squats on round 6. I didn't find this one too awful but as I told my wife, "I wouldn't want to have to do it again right now."
