A sort of testimonial..

Or just a plain brag :P

The story is that i have been spending the last year at Youth and Conference center in essex, with doing a little bit of everything.
The fun has been doing activities with kids, we have archery, trampolining and a assault course(Monkey bars, nice for fun and upperbody strength :P)
Assault course is a a copy of a part of Carver Barracks course(Royal Ing. Bat. UK)

The thing is that i end my time here tomorrow, and as i had my last group of kids doing all the stuff here, a challenge :P
Well they wanted me to race one of their male teachers, he was up for it
I have run it 3 times in about 9months(to little i know)
Last time were march.

The fun thing was i finished the race when he were just about halfway thru.

As a side note, i felt like i was flying.. wohoo :P

Quite a nice end for the session

ok, sissy mode off.. and back to reality :P
Just thought it was fun
