i have an abmat, am hoping for a couple suggestions

a) should i or should i not anchor my feet when doing abmat situps

b) aside from the regular old situp, what other ab exercises should i do? i tried doing back extensions but it doesn't feel like i have much rom at all. should i place the ambat on a bench or something so i can get something more like 90 degrees before coming up? also, how are reverse crunches?

thanks!

hey Daniel,

A quick search in the forum using situp as a key word will show a few posts with answers to your question. Basically, crossfit exercises work the core a lot. In addition to the situps you're supposed to do for warming up, you can do L-sits,and windshield wipers. I don't think anyone uses crunches.
