I noticed this product from the CROSSFIT homepage and wondered if anyone had it and thought it was worth the $$$. I know an alternative is to used a rolled towel but I did notice it being used on the CROSSFIT exercise DVD, so I thought it might be worth the research.

Any help is appreciated!

I bought one... I hate it, my wife loves it. I'd rather do ab stuff on the floor or on a big ball.

if you get it make sure you try it both wasy to see which you like better, don't just do it like in the picture...
