Wow.

Did BB swole workout this morning. Just felt like being pumped up. Tri ext, chest, curls, abs, you name it. Not doing some of those iso movements in a long time makes them pretty difficult now.

I'm on this team: http://www.labgym.com/gym-info/servi...tness/teamlab/ wfs

A lot more fun doing weightlifting with competent coaches and a decent-sized group that knows what they are doing.

Oh I bet, I just started following the WL only version of Outlaw that Spencer Arnold writes. My wife has been telling me I should enter a comp. So I'm making a commitment to train for one next year. Don't know where or when yet. But it should be fun.

I figure I'll probably lift as an 85'er and shoot for 225-230 total by next year.

That sounds very doable. I'm considering doing the comp at the Lab the first weekend of November - the only thing being by that point I will probably be a low-range 94 considering I am on the edge as it is. But, it really won't matter either way - my 216 total isn't exactly medal-worthy in either weight class

Hey just getting out there and actually competing, even just for yourself would be sweet. I remember earlier this year watching the MDUSA team tryout comp on UStream and there were certainly some people there lifting who were pretty raw still in regards to form and weight. But good on them for stepping out onto the platform, especially at a place like the MDUSA facility and in front of Glenn himself.

In other words, you should do it.
