300# Split Jerk..25# PR

Soo Stoked. got a slight tear in my rotator cuff about 7-8 weeks ago. So this is HUGE for me haha.

Any tips on the valgus knee issue goin on in the dip?? wfs, no cussing, just lots of screaming and bar slamming)

Nice job on the PR. Always fun to see big weight on the digital coaching.

Need to work on the hip adductor and abductor strength though, as you can see a big pronation in your knees when you dip.

Good stuff though.
