Do you log your WOD?

I am unsure to how new this company is; I just ran upon it two days ago. I have been an avid user of Beyond the White Board for about three years now. I just ran upon this new website that seems to be taking things a step further. They are still adding to and taking feed back from users on what they need to do to make it better. The one thing I found nice was that they have a video which takes care of answering a bunch of questions. If they do not have the movement listed their is also an option to email them a description so they can add it. It is also currently free which I know is everyone's favorite kind of tool.

I'll give it a shot, it's fighting to let me enter my benchmarks. Little buggy on chrome, I'll tinker with it more tomorrow @ work.

Re: Do you log your WOD?

I use the app WORKOUT HERO which works pretty good. I can cut and paste the WOD from my boxes webpage and paste it to the app. I also track each WOD with a notebook and a pen... the OLD fashion way!!
