I couldn't find recommended sets and reps so I came up with my own(if you can call borrowing from strength coaches your own). I'm thinking of starting each ME day with dynamic effort sets. The first day being 8x2 c&j 8x1 snatch. The second day being 8x3 overhead, front, or back squat. Increase the weights on the dynamic sets ~5% each week. Then pick two exercises, one for each ME day, and stick with them for 3 weeks working up to a 5,3,1 on the first, second, and third week respectively. Maybe taking the fourth week off. Any comments or criticism?
