I was doing deadlifts some time back (probably improperly) and came up with some kind of injury in my left upper back. It seems to hurt less now but it never truly goes away. I tried not exercising upper body for a time and it seemed to help, but it didn't go away.
It is not a spinal injury - the pain only ranges around the traps and maybe lats. It is also not a shoulder injury as the pain does not go there either. Possibly a muscle pull, but I don't know. Any thoughts? |
