I think the time he provided was his time for Fran, not the burpees and squats.

Yes, that was my Fran time... but I did my pull ups strict)

Don't worry about it, everyone has to start somewhere. I bet you could get sub 7min with kipping pull-ups.

Tonight made me realize that I need to add back squats to my workouts.

Tonight's loads:
225 - no problem
315 - no problem
405 - failed attempt- lifted off really good but about 5 inches down on the decent I know it wasn't gonna happen.
385 - only half way
365 - two good reps.

my hip flexors are still sore for all the flutter kicks and hello dollys on Sunday.
