Sizing for weightlifting shoe

Are the sizes pretty much the same with these compared to regular tennis/athletic shoes?

Tyler,

We tell all of our customers to order 1/2 size down from their athletic shoe size. It may not sound like an exact science but it works.

This is for the Rogue Do Wins which have the same sizing as the other Do Win variants.
