Congratulations! 1st round TKO is pretty impressive. I wish I had been able to see it. I always like seeing Tank get his butt kicked, even more when it is by someone I (kind of) "know".

Well done Gary - you've got one helluva chin! I remember Sapp pulling out an hour before the bell in a K1 event over a contractual issue. Who's next for you now? Would yo look for Sapp again or shoot for someone else?

Hi, and thanks!

Tank hits haaarrrrrddd! Lol! Lucky my mum made me tough! I was surprised at how fast Tank is, he really is an athlete, don't let his physical appearance distract you. I took a big hit and had to weather a storm before getting the game plan back on and effecting the win in a kinda clinical fashion with some very accurate ground and pound, rather than just stacking and smashing, lol.

Tank's a top fella, and possibly has the hardest strike out of anyone I know...

Bob's pulling out over K1 Amsterdam I understand was K1's fault, wouldn't sign the contract for the fight, so Bob would be exposed, and thats why he pulled out. Here, he was coming, then he wasn't, then he was...nightmare!

As for Lebanner, I was due to fight him in Geneva two years ago, and it was only 3 weeks before his grudge match with Abidi. Contracts were already in place and I was paid off, as we understand he discovered my history and that I was training intensly in Holland with some top K1 stars. He realised that he may have a fight on his hands and pick up and injury, therefore stopping his fight with Abidi. I was therefore paid off.

Next...Ultimate Force, Doncaster May 19th against Tom Blackledge...then talking about Florida for Thai boxing in June, then Cage Rage/Vancouver (undecided as yet, both in talks) for July...

Oh, and a day's rest first!

Smiler

Well done Gary! That was a hell of a shot you took. Excellent job weathering the storm and finishing him after his botched submission attempt. Seeing Tank chug that beer before the announcement was even made was classic.
