Not much conditioning work this week, but the piriformis is feeling good, and I don't want to jinx it. Bench felt awesome. Deadlifts tomorrow. Will ramp some cond work back in next week.

I did squat, cleans, and bench on Tuesday but forgot to post. All went well.

Great day. Jumped on Jane's bike to run a couple of tests and very happy with results. Deadlifts felt awesome! I think the biking helped warm things up. No pain and still none now.

hhmmm...looks like I haven't been posting my workouts for a while. In summary, I lifted some heavy things and did little conditioning workouts.

Was supposed to do triples today, but just not feeling it today. Low power set in from heavy squats on Wednesday and flu recovery. Still pretty happy to deadlift 340 under the circumstances.

Not a good squat day. I'll get it next week. I need to start squatting more often again. Trying to stay positive but it was really frustrating. haha!

Felt pretty good.

AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
7 Wall Ball, 20 pounds
7 Burpees
20 Double Unders

Score: 4 Rounds + 7 Wall Ball + 1 Burpee

Just moved slowly through this.
