Took it easy on squats to focus on bench. Touch and go, little bit of foot movement, so not entirely clean, but solid gym lift. Hopefully I can clean it up before nationals. Stoked!

Strong and fast. Discomfort on the last two sets, but not enough to affect anything. Felt fine Sat/Sun. So I think deadlifts are back in the game.

Deload week: lots of light squats, mobility work, etc.

AMRAP in 7 minutes of burpees (12.1 standards): 153 (two reps taken away).

Pace was all over the place, but happy with the result. Major fran cough now.

No discomfort with snatches or cleans today. WOOT!! Kept it light...I was still letting it affect me mentally. Subbed out air squats for snatches today. High rep air squats seem to loosen things so figured it would be a good idea.

Last week was deload, but had a couple of good therapy sessions, lots of mobility work, and stretching. Squats felt much more comfortable today! Very happy with the direction. Not 100%, but progress is progress.
