I've been cold to the bone since 5am. I could not get warm. Wore a wool long sleeved shirt throughout the entire training session and started to feel like an almost normal body temperature by the end of it. I do not perform well when I'm cold. BUT, at least I moved...

I'm a Baconator man myself, but a Big Mac will do in a pinch!!!! I am impressed Jodi, you are probably the strongest woman on these boards.

Some light pull work to test the piriformis and everything went very well. Romaleos are extremely stable. Started Lynne without a plan, but extremely happy to get a PR. Four years!!

No, focus is on PL for the time being with conditioning work being used to maintain GPP for ... you guessed it ... lifting.

Max reps bench press (BW), 120 pounds 5-6-6-7-8 = 32
Max rep Chinups - 15-15-15-15-25 = 85
Total = 117

Totally underestimated myself on this. Should have squeeked out a few more bench presses and definitely should have maintained at least 20 Chinups per round. Oh well. I'll know better next time.
