I'm at about 20 blocks a day... 6 blocks protein, 3 or so blocks of CHO and over 7 or so blocks of fat per meal and I still find myself being hungry afterwards! Is it time to do a mini bulk? I'm happy where I am weight wise right now...

You might try increasing the fat a bit. Start out with 12 blocks per meal and work your way up as you monitor how you feel. With an average 6 block meal, I can take anywhere from 18-30 blocks of fat from different sources.
