I just wanna share this since Josh inspired me after posting his numbers

In the past two weeks I was able to achieve two PRs

clean and jerk 62.5KG for 4 reps
deadlift 315 LBS

I was already able to get those numbers a year ago, but I did them at a lighter weight (I weigh 140 now, I was around 48-150 when I got those numbers last year)
