We are seeking your participation in a brief, 3-5 minute survey about exercise, health and injuries. This survey will help us to better understand what problems are impacting your ability to train and participate in CrossFit events.

At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered in a raffle to win a $50 gift certificate. This can be used at the CrossFit store online. We will share the results of the study via this community forum when they are available!

Unless I am missing something, the survey is missing pages 3-7.

We had originally planned to collect data on questions 7-11 for females only but I have now opened them up for males!
