Remember, he has years, DECADES, of training low level to top tier athletes from every possible different sport you can imagine (dog show dog handlers?? Yep). We had a div1 baseball prospect, a JC College prospect, a recreational golfer, several competitive CFers, some firefighters and another affiliate owner. He was able to cater to them all. The stuff we did made it possible for them to all step up and improve their game. There will always be supply and demand, but you as an affiliate owner need to get the point across that this is what they NEED. Heck, if you have a team or some games/regionals hopefuls, I'd make this seminar mandatory.
Actually I 100% agree...the demand is on the owner to convey which is what I was getting at, we hadn't established the need. Tim said it better than I did for sure!

Thanks Tim for clarifying!

To Mike: Talk to Kane and Tim about having previous success and the value of having Rick come in and totally blow that out of the water. I'd wager kane had one of the strongest pound for pound affiliates around prior to hosting Rick and I believe he said the same things I was saying post seminar. That it was eye-opening!

Re: My day with Rick Scarpulla of Ultimate Advantage (Westside 4 Athletes)

We are scheduled in to host two weekends in Jan and Feb, with the first geared towards athletes and the second towards coaches. I've reached out to some of the local gyms and there has been some interest. I hope we fill both dates to capacity, but we are set on making it work no matter what!

Just want to echo everyone's sentiments on here about Rick, the Ultimate Athlete Seminar and how you can use it to progress you affiliate, your training and also differentiate yourself from other gyms.

I can't say enough about the program and the results you'll get. I've been working with Rick for about a year and I am WAY more athletic than I've ever been. I'm faster, stronger, jump higher, react faster and have way more mental focus than I've ever had in the past.

The seminar will raise the game at your gym, improve the culture and bring people to you that are SERIOUS about training, getting strong and dedicated to the pursuit of getting better. I am sure your members will think it was worth it once they get through the weekend -- no one delivers like Rick!

It's not really a "routine". The program is based on the Westside template, but wit less volume, since Rick's program is meant to adapt to the needs of any sport.

It can't be the same for everybody because it's tailored to the individual's specific needs. We all have different lacking areas that we must work on.

The most important "part of fitness" is strength, according to Rick. So that's like the main focus, but at the same time, you're developing areas that are in line with your sport.

I switched to CFFB for a while, just to mix things up, but now that I understand the program much better, I'm going to use it again. Taylored to my needs of course

Another plus is that I look better that when I was doing other programs

Caine, if you need an idea what it is like, all you have to do is take a look at my programming or Golden Empire training. Tim's is more pure Ultimate Athlee, while I tweaked it for me and my co-workers due to our schedule.

I agree with Frances, but it's more than that too -- working with Rick gives you a mental edge that is unmatched. Before I started working with his program, I thought I was lifting correctly, and lifting heavy. I was VERY mistaken. I've pushed past my PR's on an almost weekly basis, and while a lot of that is due to the strength I've gained, Rick has also given me the mental toughness that I needed to lift these weights. I'm much more confident and believe that I can accomplish my lifts. Every single person Rick works with experiences the same thing. I've never met any other coach that has pushed me more mentally.
