how to get better at bodyweight movements

I want to learn hoe to be able to do muscle ups , planches, human flags and all these bodyweight movements ; how to I get stronger to do these movements . What should I do to build up to these movements and learn to do them?

pick one of them and learn it, then pick the next.

there are a lot of great resources for progressions. look on gymnastics wod, or google barstarzz, carl paoli, david durante,...

youtube is your friend here.

You've got to watch instructional videos and follow the step by step progressions. The movements you mentioned are advanced, particularly the human flag and planche. You won't just get them overnight. People can train for years to get them. Watch the available videos and be consistent practicing the progressions.

Learn as much as you can about the movements, then do them as often and as well as you can. Learning most skills boils down to that.
