1600m overhead medicine ball team carry for time, pass the ball around as and when needed, keeping it in the same order. Run as a team around the track, should prove a nice little warm up haha!

Incorporated this into Sunday's WOD and it was brutal

3 Person Teams:
400m OH Medicine Ball Team Carry Run (20lb Medicine Ball)
Each person takes turns doing 21 Pull-ups while other 2 team members are in a plank.

How about a team carry with tractor tire

you can stack the tires for box jumps too.

Are there stands to run up/ down?

I have a 130kg tractor tyre, the things huge, I'm trying to fabricate some metal tubing into the centre of it so I can do lifts and carries. Should prove to be pretty horrible but surprisingly fun at the same time!
