I hurt my back this summer, bulging disc. To the point where I almost needed surgery. I was totally out of commission for 3-3 1/2 months. I put on about 20 lbs. I have been completely healthy for the past 30 days or so. I have been training hard again, and have changed my diet as well. 6 small meals a day, lean healthy diet...etc But I feel a bit rundown from time to time. Any thoughts? I am still in decent shape, just need to shed some weight. My issue is and will always be my diet. I am 5'10" and about 215 currently. Like to be back down to 195. Any suggstion would be greatly appreciated.

I think the word you're about to hear a million times is "Zone".
Check out issue 21 of the CFJ for a super good explanation of the diet and block charts, etc. Also just reading through all the threads on this board will give you a ton of info. |
