Need some advice on a women's weightlifting belt. Trying to get multiple opinions. Just NO pink!
What brands? What material? Etc.

Re: Women's Weightlifting Belts

2pood metcon belt or a basic harbinger belt. The majority crossfitters unless following a hardcore strength program don't need a crazy expensive 6 inch leather belt that a powerlifter or strongman would use. metcon belt works well enough for my wife and she follows the same programming I do.

Re: Women's Weightlifting Belts

I have one from Power Systems and have used it for about 3 years and works just great.

Depending on what you are doing, the 6" belt is great for Olympic lifts with the smaller front, and their 4" belt is great too for the same support around the whole belt

The women's DL belt by spud is really nice, totally indestructible and simple to use. Highly recommended. wfs

Re: Women's Weightlifting Belts

Most important question is what will the belt be primarily used for?

Once you answer that, then you can more easily answer what kind of belt to start looking at.
