Sorry to say that it isn't exactly that great, but I just thought I'd share. Besides which, hopefully when I post again after the new year I can look back and see the strides I will have made.

Hips Lvl 3: 231 lb squat, 1.5+ bw
Push Lvl 3: 203.5 lb bench, 1.3+ bw
Pull 0: Don't have a rope, not interested in just doing the hanging thing
Core Lvl 3: 159.5 lb OHS, 1+ bw
Work 0: haven't tried any KB stuff yet
Speed 0: I'm not courageous enought to try any speed running on my new Achilles yet
Hips Lvl 3: 308 lb deadlift, 2+ bw
Push Lvl 3: 115.5 lb standing press, .76 bw
Pull Lvl 3: 165 lb clean, 1+ bw
Core Lvl 2: 18 hanging KTE
Work 0: haven't tried the wallballs yet
Speed Lvl 1: 1:47 split, just 2 seconds off Lvl 2
Hips 0: no jumping just yet
Push Lvl 2: 23 dips
Pull Lvl 2: 21 pullups
Core Lvl 1: 20 sec, harder than you might think
Work Lvl 1: 8:05, just barely
Speed Lvl 2: 110 lb full snatch, .72 bw
Work 0: haven't tried just yet

Level 2-3 for most of the events ... I'd say that's pretty awesome. Keep it up!
