Catherine put on another great KB class. We worked hard, learned a lot and had a lot of fun. As always I was amazed both by the number of new faces and by the athleticism displayed.
Laurie put up some great pictures at www.crossfitstlouis.com. Here is my best attempt at a group shot:
Catherine devised the following workout:
5 rounds for time
20 kb swings (10/10)
20 kb high pulls (10/10)
10 kb snatch (5/5)
On top of it all, we saw at least 5 people do their first muscle-up.
Thanks to all who attended and especially to Kelly Moore who assisted Catherine and helped correct form.
