I am recovering from an ankle injury, and I am feeling much better. I have heard though that it is easy to rush the healing process and I was wondering how soon could I get back in the gym? I tore all the ligaments in my krav maga class.

First off...yikes! I would recomend getting a PT gellpack and really working to re-establish ballance and proprioception. A good sprots oriented therapist can help with this.

Thanx for the yikes! I got that alot when I went to the hospital and the nurses and docs saw my foot. I am anxious to get back into training but at the sametime I want to do it right. Any other suggestions.

i would just suggest dont rush it, i twicked my acheleas tendion once, no were near as bad as yours and it still took my like 5 months befor it went totaly away. you really need to listin to your body, the doctors will tell you a time when it "should" be better, but ease into the lifting and when you feel pain (the bad kind) just lay off it for a while.
