Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Is there an official table of exercise substitution (for example, 3 dips for 1 ring dip)?

If not, I think it would be a good idea to add one to the Crossfit FAQ. I know the FAQ mentions various subs, but a quick-reference table would be nice. Heck, I'd volunteer to make it if I had the info.
