Spencer's CrossFit Log
Hey guys. I've played sports throughout high school but after my senior year pretty much slacked off the whole summer. My brother told me about CrossFit a while back and now that I'm in college I thought I'd give it a shot. (I think I'm going to like it). Oh ya, I'm 19M 5' 11" 175lbs.
Wed. Sept. 17
Apparently I started on a rest day!
Thurs. Sept. 18
Due to a much longer day than expected I couldn't due Grace today.
Fri. Sept 19
I saw that today's workout was a 5K so I did Grace in the morning.
Grace was scaled so that I didn't do the press. The reason was that I didn't know the rubber weights in our gym are in kilograms. I ended cleaning just over 155 lbs 30 times.

Sat. Sept 20
Filthy Fifty...damn, next time I do this one I'm going to scale it all to 35-40 reps or give 50 reps more rest time in between. I made it through all but Knees to Elbows, Wall Ball Shots, Burpees, and Double Unders. Those I will do tomorrow on the rest day. I got really sick, granted I didn't throw up, but I definitely wasn't feeling good and had to lay down twice on the way back to my dorm.
Filthy Fifty through 5 excercises - 18:35
I think I was probably paced at like 30min or so and that is too quick for my first time. Next time I'll aim for 35:00 but then again by the time the Filthy comes back up I may be in better shape by then.
