body type for cfj#21

can someone please tell me what the heights/weights are for the male sizes in cfj #21? it mentions small, medium, large, etc male. i'm not sure where i fall.

not sure about bf % but i'm 180 and 5'10". a bit overweight i guess.

Go to DrSears.com or this site (both WFS). Enter in your measurements and weight. Crossfit is about a "moderate" level. It will put out the number of blocks you need.

I'd start you at 17 blocks 5,5,1,5,1
See how it goes for 2 to 4 weeks. If you need to make adjustments, then post again and let us know where you're at and we can adjust you up, down or sideways.
