So I finally started an online log. It's a good time to do so since I can't do half the wod's due to shoulder injury.

400mx2 med,slow

2 rounds mod cfwu with 135lb front squatsx10, situps, 30lb windmills, samson stretch.


1 pullup 1st min, 2 the 2nd.....

15 full rounds. Would have had maybe 2 more rounds in me but grip was suffering.
All sets unbroken except after rep 8 on round 15 when I ripped a callous.
I think it's a pr due to the fact that my kipping has gotten extremely efficient lately. I am extremely relaxed through most of the movement.

No pushups yet...

pullups: 11, 10, 8, 5, 6, 6, 6, 6

30# db swing: 10,10,10,11,10,11,11,11

situps: 11,11,11,11,11,11,11,11

squats: 19,17,16,15,14,13,12,14

Even though the swings were light, they fatigued my hams so that the squats were HELL on the quads.

Total: 350

4 rounds: squat hold :15, then 18" box jumps for :30

WOD:
200m sprint (14mph)

Treadmill made a loud banging noise and shut off in the middle of my first run so I had to choose another one and wait for it to start up. Treadmills definitely added more than a minute to my time.

Today:

Quarter gone bad:

As rx'd except with front squats instead of thrusters. Shoulder is not ready to go that heavy. Pullups were about 54-55lbs

7,6,7 =20
6,5,7=18
7,4,7=18
7,4,7=18
8,4,7=19
Total=93

No way to go faster on burpees. If I got way more powerful with pulling and front squats I might eventually be able to get 120 reps total.
