Subbed ring dips since I only had 2 bars. Next time if I have to do that I’ll do 25lb weighted ring dips.

First time with Full squat cleans and I mean *** to ankles. Deadlifted a tiny bit heavy, cleaned a tiny bit light, no 1.25 lb plates…
Pretty pleased with my time since it is not only my first time with full cleans but also a pr by about 10 minutes.
DL: 259.4
Ring dips
Squat clean: 125 I think, the bar seems to be lighter than most and I have some weird 44lb cheap bumpers by marcy.

For the last 3 sets no rack was used. felt easier to control the weight and easier on the wrists.

4 min break for last 2 breaks but the rest were 3 min.

Definitely could have pressed 145!

For the rest my core just felt a little weak.

Compare to July 9th, when I might have actually miscalculated all the loads by 8lbs since I found out the bar I used to use for everything weighs 37lbs, not 45!:
sp: 125,130,135,140,145m
pp: 145,150,155,160,170
pj: 170,170,170,170,175(4+3m)
