Wow. Absolutely wow.

The description and layout of the Overhead Squat was nothing short of brilliant. This is something I really needed to help my form and learn the movement.

The Digital Coaching was interesting to note. I have not seen coaching done like that before.

While I'm not a swimmer, it's easy to see that Tim's article would benefit someone who takes this sport seriously.

Another stroke of brilliance was the article on Virtuosity and mastering the basics. This is something we all need to do from time to time. Looking back in the past year at my own training, I noticed that I often try for more advanced skills without having first really mastered the basics. I still do that today, but I'm learning.

This is an amazing piece of fitness literature. Thanks, CrossFit.

Just finished, def going to go back home and have my wife checkout my overhead squats. I'm pretty sure my grip has been too narrow. Good stuff.

Get it. Read it. If you're not a subscriber, order the back issue. It's that good.
