I think we should post in the community section everyone once in a while. Then maybe we can get some drive by browsers to realize that we have a real group going in San Antonio and that they can join us on just about every Saturday.
We get together every Saturday Morning at 8:00 by the tennis courts at the Medical Center.
Lets do this WOD on Saturday.
The track is about 800 yards.
Wall Ball 21, 15, 9
Dips 21, 15, 9
squat cleans 21, 15, 9
pullups 21,15, 9
run around track to wallball station on the west side of track.
If more people show up we can add more exercises.
I will bring the 20pd dynamax ball and the super expensive olympic bar with weights. ( WMT special )
If you have an extra medicine ball bring it. Or anyother equipment and we can change and modify this WOD.
The track is a great place to run.
