10 barbell thrusters
3 sets with 27.5 kg and then 3 sets with 37.5 kg

10 supine ring rows

40 mountain climbers

not really done for time...

back squats

it's embarrassing to say it, but 87.5 kg x 5 felt heavy. must still be kind of fatigued from wednesday's workout...?

added some pull-ups and called it a week.

(tuesday)

OHS
worked up to a few sets of a few reps with 47.5 kg... felt heavy... no problem for the legs, but the core and the shoulders struggled a little... guess i can't just go heavy two months or so and expect to be great at it.



jogged a leisurely mile-and-a-half a little before midnight. just getting used to the VFFs, and easing back into running... felt really good, actually.

5 power cleans, 72.5 kg
7 ring dips
9 sit-ups

didn't do this "for time" but more "for quality". wanted to nail each clean.

felt great.

correction: that was a mile-and-a-quarter.

today, less than an hour ago, i did a mile-and-three-quarters.

also felt alright.
