8 months of CrossFit-Finally can do pull ups with NO BAND!!

For everyone that is thinking about starting CrossFit or has recently started CrossFit, Oh my gosh, life changing it is!!

My first WOD with pull ups was September 7, 2012. I used 2 green bands (and the trainer had to help lift me up towards the end of the WOD)

Yesterday, April 10th I did the WOD with NO BANDS!!!

I go to CrossFit 5 days a week. I set goals every week.
You can do it too!!!

I learned how to kip using the purple band. The butterfly was soooo different. I did get the motion if I go really slow, but I can't get back up twice staying in motion, but it won't be long. Thanks

Awesome!! I have recently conquered pull ups and rope climbs too! I survived breast cancer, finished treatment this February. I was able to do pull ups etc in past, but lost my strength during treatment. Cross fit has helped me regain it and set new goals!
