women and protein

Hi all, I thought there was a forum for women but I can't find it. Anyways, I am finding it hard to get enough protein in my diet. I want to increase my strength and performance. Can any women give suggestions on how to get more protein? i eat egg whites and turkey sausage for breakfast and I try to eat piece of chicken for lunch or dinner. Are there good sources of protein other than meat? Thanks!

Why not get a protein supplement?

Exactly how much protein are you trying to get in total daily? Do you have any idea how many cals you consume daily? Any idea how many grams of protein?

Various fish like tuna and salmon and various dairy products including cottage cheese and gouda (dutch cheese) are high in protein.

It really shouldn't be that difficult to eat between 4-8oz of meat per meal at least 3 times a day, depending on your needs/goals.

Eat more protein, either in food or supplement form it really doesn't matter.. You know what you need to do, there are no tricks, just do it. There isn't any alternate answer here, or anything unique to "women" not sure what that is even supposed to mean.

Protein shakes are easy.

I hear buckwheat and quinoa have some protein and we know beans and rice do.

Eat the egg yolk, it's good for you.

Cheese and greek yogurt.
