Re: ???

I find their perception of CrossFit amusing. It's not for everyone.

Re: ???

Alan Aragon is the OP of that thread. He is very knowledgeable wheen it comes to nutrition. It's pretty sad that he spends time starting a "hate CrossFit" thread, something he may know very little about.

Re: ???

Crossfit definitely has its faults and I doubt anyone is denying that. However, majority of people that lash out against it don't actually understand what crossfit is and that annoys me.

Re: ???

Unless you need hair gel advice, an orange spray tan, or want to rub oil on other boys' muscles, why would you ever even be on that site?

In the future please warn us before you post something like that. Spitting water on your computer screen is not good for it!

I take it you've never fought Muay Thai. Full-body linament oil rubdown before the fight. Not pleasant on the nips, nor the arm pits.

Because there are interesting discussions just like in this forum where people hunt their own food and do stuff for time

I'm just annoyed that Alan Aragon sunk to the level of the rest of the forum posters.
