"Famous Barefoot Runners and What They Didn't Do"

I guess it's a pretty informative article I wrote about barefoot runners. I take a slightly different approach than normal because I'm sure everybody knows the common stuff about them already.

I started getting interested in barefoot running when my crossfit instructor told me to get flat shoes and then I learned about POSE running and now I'm almost hooked. Anyways I decided to dive into the history of barefoot running and wrote this article to help share the knowledge.
