I loved Annie! I got my first DU lsd than a week ago so I'm glad I pushed through and finished!

Can only string together combinations of DU, SU, SU, DU,... Etc
I only counted the DUs. So I estimate that I did 150 DUs + about 300 SUs. I didn't count failed attempts.
Feet were anchored on sit ups, no abmat.

My body is pretty run down after this week of wods, so I didn't do Kelly today. Took a workout class instead just to get moving.

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

I spent the day w my my mom and 8 yr old nephew so they did this wod with me just for fun.

Lots of time was taken up by laughing, but I was still able to break a pretty good sweat. My nephew did great with the burpees! Its amazing how awesome little kids are at crossfit!

My time was around 13 minutes

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Cindy w jumping pull ups
Recovery has been lacking lately so I'm doing this cycle at about 75% intensity.

Did one round on the minute, every minute for 20 minutes. Had 3-8 sec rest between each round.
(Kept going on the last round)
20 complete rounds and 5 jumping pull ups

40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 50 reps
Row 750m
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 35 reps
Row 500m
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 20 reps

These are one-arm squat snatches, alternating arms.

15# db. Did power snatches to really pay attention to form. Alternated arms on snatches. Rows felt fast and easy (may have had the damper too low)
