Okay, so just looking at the last month or so of programming, you are not lifting a heavy barbell every day.

You should do that instead.

Re: Can't Lose Belly Fat

So, it sounds like I need to eat more and lift heavier. At 170 lbs., am I supposed to shoot for at least 170g of protein per day? Is it all right if this mostly comes in the form of protein powder? On rest days, should I still maintain a similar diet?

Aside from this, the main crossfit site, are there any other affiliate sites that might be good for me to explore as a daily resource for my workout routine?

from one beer lover to another, 15 beers in a weekend will certainly give you belly fat.

it's a trade off, if you want rippling abs you will need to give up the high calorie (high volume) craft beers.

Protein should come mostly from animal sources. Protein powder is a supplement, not a staple of your diet. Yes, you want to eat pretty much the same on rest days--that's where your body does its rebuilding and recovery.

And yes, 15 beers per weekend will absolutely affect your ability to get lean.

Re: Can't Lose Belly Fat

So you are saying my usual weekend WOD of AMRAP Max time Keg stands and 2 jello shots for 2 hours is not a way to lean out?

Gah, my weekends are shot.
